Nancy Nagy contacted us and I am extremely disappointed with the heating service I have received over the past several years.

Despite multiple service visits, component replacements, and expensive wiring repairs, the same heating problem continues to return.

During one visit, a technician identified a faulty component and replaced it. Shortly afterward, the problem returned, and we were told the wiring needed replacement at an additional cost of approximately $1,200.

The following year, the same issue occurred again, resulting in another repair and additional charges.

After spending thousands of dollars, we still have not received a permanent resolution.

I would like the company to investigate the repair history, explain why the problem continues, and clarify whether the previous repairs were necessary.

My water heater suddenly broke, and I needed a very specific replacement model that had a 10-week lead time due to a current supply shortage.  These guys somehow found the exact unit I needed and had it installed within TWO DAYS!  The three-person crew was phenomenal. They were fast, efficient, professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful of my home. They worked together seamlessly and did an excellent job from start to finish.  What could have been a major headache turned into an incredibly easy experience. This is what five-star service looks like.  I will absolutely be calling them first and honestly, they’ll be my only call for any future HVAC or hot water heater needs.  Fantastic company. Fantastic crew. Fantastic service. I had a great experience. They went above and beyond. They came right out when I called. My central air unit is about 30 years old . I needed a fan motor and and he had to go to two different places. Which were not close to get the right one. He repaired it in heavy rain and thunder and lightning. He fixed it so I could have A /C that night in the hot summer heat.
