Temp Control is currently hiring full-time HVAC Technicians and HVAC Installers/Assistants. Technicians install and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers, while installers assist on installations and repairs as they build their skills. Both positions are based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office.

For the HVAC Technician role, we look for five to seven years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. The HVAC Installer/Assistant role requires one year of experience or similar training, making it a great entry point for anyone building a career in the trades. All candidates need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Our office is located at 209 Main Street in Woodbridge, NJ. Our technicians travel to job sites throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Union, and Somerset Counties, including Iselin, Colonia, Edison, Metuchen, and surrounding Central New Jersey communities. You'll be working locally, not driving hours across the state.

Yes. Temp Control holds NJ HVAC License Number 19HC00277400 and has been providing HVAC installation and repair services to Central New Jersey for over twenty years. We're also an award-winning PSE&G energy efficiency trade ally, a Nest Certified installer, and Green Seal certified.

Our team works on both residential and commercial systems, including Coleman heating and air conditioning equipment, Fujitsu Airstage ductless systems, Bosch hybrid units, and Nest smart home technology. You'll gain experience across installations, repairs, maintenance agreements, and emergency service calls.
