Residential Maintenance Agreement – $299

This agreement includes two annual maintenance check in the spring and fall to make sure that your HVAC system is operating efficiently and to anticipate any problems. Customers under HVAC service agreements receive 15% on all parts and labor if needed.

Maintenance includes:

Checking and tighten electrical components and coils

Calibrating thermostat

Inspecting and replace filters (filters not included)

Lubricating moving parts

Inspecting refrigerant levels

Checking and inspecting the condensate drain
